Yes, Once you become a franchisee, our commercial brokerage team of experts will short list locations and also negotiate the lease directly with landlords. We currently have over 25 leases with all the major landlords in Ontario, under our umbrella of Volt Ventures Brands. An in depth proper due diligence will be done prior to lease signing.
The Canada Small Business Financing Loan (CSBFL) program makes it easier for you to get the small business funding you need. All banks support the CSBFL program, your credit score needs to be above 700 and For a KROLL project you need to have unencumbered cash of a minimum of 75,000. An asset in Canada helps but it’s not mandatory.
